Service Description
Foundation Tier (PDI 0-40) Price: $399 per month (Includes PDP Membership at Lake Presidential – $80 value) Target Players: Beginner and recreational junior golfers, ages 8-14, currently shooting 100+ for 18 holes or brand new to the game. This program builds confidence, essential skills, and introduces the fundamentals of on-course play. What’s Included: ✅ 8 Weekly Group Training Sessions (90 minutes each) Small group coaching (max 6 players per coach) for personalized instruction Fundamentals of grip, stance, posture, and basic full swing mechanics Short game development, including chipping, pitching, and putting basics Introduction to Operation 36 (Op36) scoring system, starting from 25-50 yards, to encourage early success and scoring confidence Pre-shot routines, positive self-talk, and course awareness Simple course decision-making and an intro to tournament readiness for players interested in competition ✅ PDI Player Evaluation & Benchmarking Comprehensive baseline and final Player Development Index (PDI) assessments (within the 0-40 range) Players receive a customized player profile outlining current skills and areas for improvement Parents are provided with progress updates and future development recommendations ✅ Personalized Practice Plan + Player Journal Weekly, tailored practice plans that reinforce skills learned during sessions Player journal to track practice, reflect on learning, and set personal goals Builds accountability, self-awareness, and good practice habits ✅ PDP Membership at Lake Presidential (2 months included, $80 value) Unlimited range balls to support consistent practice Access to the Bermuda grass tee for realistic ball-striking practice Indoor golf simulator for all-weather practice opportunities Discounted tee times at $20 per round, making on-course play more affordable for players and families (PDP Membership valued at $80 is included with tuition) ✅ Intro to Sportsbox AI Swing Analysis One swing capture and review session with Sportsbox AI, providing 3D motion analysis Simplified visual feedback to help players better understand their swing and make meaningful improvements Encourages faster development by combining technology with personalized coaching ✅ End-of-Academy Showcase + Awards Ceremony The program concludes with a Skills Test and a 9-hole Operation 36 event, showcasing each player’s progress Awards include Most Improved Player and Rising Star, celebrating effort, growth, and sportsmanship.

Cancellation Policy
New Age Golf – Terms & Policies By purchasing and participating in New Age Golf services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Payment & Refund Policy Full payment is required before any lesson, package, or online coaching begins. All sales are final, and packages are non-refundable once the first session is scheduled. Packages and prepaid services expire after 6 months from the date of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled 7 days before the next billing cycle. 2. Scheduling & Cancellations Lessons and coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations; otherwise, the session is forfeited. If a lesson is canceled due to weather, course closures, or instructor availability, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 3. Package & Lesson Use Packages are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser. Sessions within a package cannot be shared between multiple players. Clients must use all lessons within the 6-month expiration period, or they will be forfeited. 4. Online Coaching & Webinars Online coaching services (swing analysis, fitness plans, mental coaching, etc.) must be used within 6 months of purchase. Webinars are recorded and available for replay for 30 days after purchase. Sharing online coaching materials with non-paying individuals is strictly prohibited. 5. Liability & Assumption of Risk Golf involves physical activity, and clients assume all risks associated with training. New Age Golf is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during lessons, clinics, or online training. Clients should consult a medical professional before engaging in fitness-related coaching. 6. Code of Conduct All clients must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in lessons, clinics, and online coaching. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in termination of services without a refund. 7. College Recruiting Services Purchasing a college recruiting consultation does not guarantee placement in a college golf program. New Age Golf provides guidance, resources, and strategies to help players maximize their recruiting opportunities. 8. Social Media & Marketing By participating in New Age Golf programs, clients grant permission for photos, videos, and testimonials to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
