New Age Golf Club operates as a structured development program. All purchases reflect reserved coaching time and program placement.

Private Performance Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Academy Enrollment

• Academy tuition is non-refundable once a cycle has begun.
• If a player withdraws before the start of a cycle, tuition may be credited toward future programming.
• Missed sessions are not refunded but may be made up at the discretion of the Academy.

Memberships (If Active)

• Memberships are all a 3 month Commitment
• Memberships require 30 days written notice to cancel.
• Partial months are not prorated.
 

Retail (Vault)

• All vintage items are final sale.
• Defective items must be reported within 3 days of purchase.
 

New Age Golf Club reserves the right to adjust policies to maintain fairness and program integrity.
