Led by a Collegiate Coach

The Academy uses the Player Development Index (PDI) to evaluate skill level, track progress, and guide player development.

Players are assessed and advanced through levels based on measurable benchmarks. This allows athletes to clearly understand what skills they must develop to move forward.

Development is structured and measurable.

Player Development Index (PDI)

Academy training prepares players for team competition environments such as PGA Junior League.

Team competition helps players develop:

• Course management
• Competitive focus
• Accountability
• Sportsmanship

Training sessions prepare players for both team-based competition and tournament play.

PGA Junior League

Paul Kerner is certified through Titleist Performance Institute.

TPI Level 1 certification focuses on understanding swing biomechanics and movement efficiency.

TPI Junior Level 2 certification focuses on youth athletic development, helping coaches guide players through physical growth stages while developing proper swing mechanics.

Training is built around how the body moves , not just what the swing looks like.

TPI Certified Coaching

The Academy integrates Sportsbox AI to analyze swing motion using 3D technology.

Players receive:

• Biweekly swing assessments
• Movement sequencing analysis
• Data-backed technical checkpoints
• Progress tracking over time

Using objective data helps players understand how their swing evolves and where improvement is needed.
