Welcome to New Age Golf Club. By accessing this website, enrolling in programs, purchasing services, or participating in training sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
 
1. Program Structure
New Age Golf Club operates as a structured development organization. Enrollment in the New Age Golf Academy or participation in Private Performance Sessions reserves coaching time, facility space, and instructional resources.
All participants agree to adhere to program standards, expectations, and behavioral guidelines.
 
2. Payment Terms
All payments for:
• Private Performance Sessions
• Academy Enrollment
• Memberships
• Clinics
• Events
are due at time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Private Sessions:
• 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
Academy Enrollment:
• Tuition is non-refundable once a cycle begins.
• Withdrawals before cycle start may receive program credit at the discretion of New Age Golf Club.
• Missed sessions are not refunded.
Memberships:
• 30 days written notice required for cancellation.
• No prorated refunds.
Retail (Vault):
• All sales are final unless item is defective.
• Defects must be reported within 3 days of purchase.

4. Assumption of Risk
Golf is a physical activity that involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
• Ball strikes
• Equipment-related injury
• Slips or falls
• Weather exposure
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training and instruction.
Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian consent to participation.

5. Medical Responsibility
Participants affirm they are physically able to participate in golf training. It is the responsibility of the participant (or parent/guardian) to disclose any medical conditions or injuries prior to participation.
New Age Golf Club is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to:
• Maintain respect toward coaches and other players
• Follow safety protocols
• Uphold sportsmanship standards
• Represent New Age Golf Club with professionalism
Failure to meet behavioral expectations may result in suspension or removal without refund.

7. Equipment & Access Pipeline
Donated equipment becomes property of New Age Golf Club upon acceptance.
New Age Golf Club reserves the right to:
• Inspect
• Grade
• Redistribute
• Sell through The Vault
in alignment with the New Age Access Pipeline model.

8. Media & Marketing Consent
Participation in programs may include photography or video recording for marketing, instructional, or promotional purposes.
If you do not consent to media usage, written notice must be provided prior to participation.

9. Third-Party Facilities
New Age Golf Club operates at partner facilities including but not limited to:
• Lake Presidential
• X-Golf Nationals Park
Participants agree to follow all rules and regulations of host facilities.
New Age Golf Club is not responsible for incidents related to facility operations outside its control.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Age Golf Club and its representatives shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Lost income
• Emotional distress
• Equipment loss
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

11. Modifications
New Age Golf Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
