Cancellation Policy

🔶 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • All lessons require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the lesson fee. • No-call / no-shows are automatically charged in full. • Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if requested 24+ hours ahead. 🔶 Refund Policy • All lessons, packages, memberships, and clinic passes are non-refundable. • Lesson credits may be transferred to another person if approved by New Age Golf. • Black Friday & promotional sales are final and non-refundable. 🔶 Membership Policy • Membership payments renew monthly on the date of sign-up. • Memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice. • Unused lessons or clinics do not roll over to the next month. • Memberships cannot be paused unless approved for medical reasons. • Members receive priority booking but must schedule their lessons in advance. 🔶 Lesson & Package Expiration • Single lessons expire 30 days after purchase. • 4-lesson packs expire 60 days after purchase. • Clinic passes expire 60 days after purchase. • Black Friday lesson packs must be used by February 28. 🔶 Facility Fee Policy • New Age Golf uses partnered facilities that charge per-bay rental fees. • All listed prices already include the $25/hour facility charge unless stated otherwise. • Clients may not book bays independently for coaching without approval. 🔶 Late Arrival Policy • Lessons will end at the originally scheduled time even if the client arrives late. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at the coach’s discretion. 🔶 Weather Policy (On-Course Lessons) • On-course coaching may be rescheduled due to lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions. • If the course is open and playable, the session remains scheduled. 🔶 Junior Safety & Supervision Policy • Parents/guardians must remain on-site during junior lessons unless otherwise discussed. • New Age Golf maintains a safety-first environment for all juniors. 🔶 Event & Clinic Policy • All clinic and event registrations are final. • No refunds for missed events. • Participants may transfer their spot to another person with approval. 🔶 Professional Conduct Policy New Age Golf upholds a positive, respectful training environment. Disruptive behavior or harassment may result in removal from a session or the program without refund. 🔶 Photo & Video Policy • By participating in sessions, clients grant New Age Golf permission to use photos
